Answer: Yes, you can claim Caregiver Benefits beyond 104 weeks as long as you suffer a complete inability to carry on a normal life, which means you are unable to substantially engage in all your pre-accident activities in which you ordinarily engaged in prior to the accident

Does the amount of Non-Earner Benefits increase?

Answer: Yes, the weekly amount of Non-Earner Benefits increases from $185 per week to $320 per week if more than 104 weeks have elapsed from the date of the accident and provided you were a full-time student at the time of the accident.

How long can I collect Non-Earner Benefits?

Answer: You can claim Non-Earner Benefits for as long as you suffer a complete inability to carry on a normal life, which means you are unable to substantially engage in all your pre-accident activities in which you ordinarily engaged in prior to the accident.

What will determine how much I receive for Attendant Care Benefits?

Answer: A special form called Assessment of Attendant Care Needs completed by a Regulated Health Professional will determine the amount you are entitled to receive by way of Attendant Care Benefits.

How long can I claim Attendant Care Benefits?

Answer: You can claim Attendant Care Benefits for two years following the motor vehicle accident.

How long can I claim Housekeeping and Home Maintenance Benefits?
